How it is used

We use this information to prepare your Recommendation Snapshot, deliver Better. Recommended, produce content, manage billing and support, improve the service and communicate with you. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

AI processing

Brand information, public website content and materials you provide may be processed using third-party AI platforms and service providers to deliver the analysis and content. Do not provide sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and agreed in advance.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run better-mktg.com and deliver Better. Recommended:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Formspree, to receive and route form submissions
• Cloudflare, for website hosting, security, bot protection and analytics
• AI platform and content-processing providers, to deliver the recommendation analysis and content

These providers may store or process information overseas, primarily in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure information disclosed overseas is handled consistently with this policy.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Better. does not receive or store your complete card details.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required to deliver the service, meet legal obligations and maintain business records. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Cookies and tracking

better-mktg.com uses Cloudflare Pages Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individual visitors across sites. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived challenge token to verify that a form submission is not automated.

Access, correction and complaints

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to make a privacy complaint, contact hello@better-mktg.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
