Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to your use of better-mktg.com, the free Recommendation Snapshot, and the Better. Recommended subscription, all operated by Better. Marketing (Jazzmin Farey, ABN 76 296 457 051). By using this site or requesting a Snapshot, you agree to these terms.

The free Recommendation Snapshot

The Recommendation Snapshot is a directional diagnostic showing how AI models describe, position, compare and recommend a brand at the time of analysis. It is delivered free of charge and reviewed by a human analyst before it is sent.

• The Snapshot reflects AI outputs at the time of analysis. Results may change as AI models update, categories evolve or competitors change their own positioning.
• Revenue opportunity figures are indicative estimates, not forecasts or guarantees, based on AI-mediated search demand, estimated value and capture-rate assumptions.
• The Better. Score and AI Recommendation Share are proprietary metrics of Better. Marketing. The underlying scoring methodology, weighting and prompt-generation system are not publicly disclosed.

Better. Recommended subscription

Better. Recommended is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent the following renewal. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Better. does not store your full card details. Pricing shown on this site is the current founding price and may change for future billing periods, with reasonable notice given in advance.

Founding Subscription

The founding price of A$249 per month is available to an early cohort of customers who subscribe to Better. Recommended. Eligibility is determined by the order in which successful subscription payments are received, and Better. may close the founding offer at its discretion.

The founding price continues while the subscription remains continuously active and paid. If the subscription is cancelled or terminated for non-payment, the founding price ends and any future subscription will be charged at the price available at that time.

Founding subscriptions are limited to one per business and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Included monthly service

Each monthly billing period includes one recommendation read across 30 customer questions and six AI platforms, one priority recommendation gap, four production credits and monthly Better. Content.

Tracked platforms

Better. Recommended currently tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Grok. Better. may replace a platform if it becomes unavailable or materially changes, provided reasonably comparable coverage is maintained.

Production credits

Four production credits are included in each monthly billing period. Credits are production-capacity units, not currency, and have no cash value. Better. confirms the proposed allocation before production begins. Included monthly credits do not roll over, except where a delay is caused by Better.

Active subscribers may purchase additional credits at the price shown at the time of purchase. Purchased credits remain valid for 90 days and are not transferable.

Content delivery

Better. produces content and provides relevant format, metadata, source, internal-linking and activation guidance. Unless separately agreed, Better. does not publish content, access or alter customer systems, conduct media outreach or guarantee third-party placement.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate brand information, source materials and timely feedback. The customer retains responsibility for final factual, legal and regulatory approval, publication and distribution.

Revisions

One consolidated revision round is included for each output. Material changes to an approved direction or additional revision rounds may require further production credits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use better-mktg.com or the Snapshot request form to submit false information, attempt to circumvent our bot protection, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Once applicable fees are paid, the customer owns the final approved client-specific content. Better. retains ownership of its scoring systems, methodologies, prompts, workflows, templates, software and pre-existing intellectual property.

Outcomes

AI platforms, search systems, sources and recommendations change over time. Better. does not guarantee a particular recommendation, ranking, citation, traffic, revenue or commercial outcome.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not retrospectively cancel the current billing period. Fees are not ordinarily refunded for a change of mind, except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Better. Marketing's liability arising from your use of this site or the services described here is limited to the amount you have paid to Better. Marketing in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or protection you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of better-mktg.com or Better. Recommended after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
